Our shipping department is a real place with real people, and we can take care of whatever you need. It is the easiest returns-and-exchanges policy in the universe!
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship orders Monday through Saturday and orders are typically ready for shipping within 48 hours of being received (depending on day of week, time, etc). Please keep in mind at checkout that the timeframes listed for various shipping options is in addition to the time we need to process and mail the order.
SHIPPING METHOD: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier. We offer First Class, Priority and Express Mail as well as International shipping options.
SHIPPING RATES: We keep it simple, you pay the same price it costs us to ship your order. Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your package and the shipping class you select.

Pick-Up at your local RAYGUN store
*free! you will receive an email when your order is ready. All products on our website are available for in-store pick-up. If the product is in the store, you will be notified right away that your pick-up is ready. If the product is not in the store, we will get it there ASAP, and you will be notified when it is ready. That is why it may be 1-3 days from the purchase date for your order to be ready. *You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.*
