MINNESOTA (Sept 30) - A Golden Valley woman was not able to attend a wedding she'd RSVP'd for, and later got a $75.90 bill from the bride. Man, when you combine this with that Minnesota guy who chainsawed his neighbor's garage in half, "Minnesota Nice" is looking pretty shaky.
