Order Inquiries:  If you have a question about your order at any time, feel free to email orders@raygunsite.com or call us at the store at 515.288.1323 (our hours are 11-7 Mon-Sat, but the orders dept. is here 9-5 Mon-Fri).

Exchanges:  For RAYGUN brand stuff, this isn't usually a problem.  For any other brands, we should be able to accommodate you too.  If it's been 14 days or less from your order, and you haven't worn/used the item, just email orders@raygunsite.com and let us know what you have and what you'd like to exchange it for.  We'll have you mail your original item to us at the address below, and we'll get your new item in the mail as soon as we receive it from you.

*For those of you lucky enough to have the option of simply stopping by the store for an exchange, you can do that too - it'll save you a some time!*

Returns:  Possible within 14 days of the order as long as it is unworn/unused. 
A return will yield you a handsome credit* for future purchases in the amount you paid for the item.
*This credit can be used either online or in-store!*

Sale Items:  Discounted (i.e., "sale" items) are final sales.

Quality:  We here at RAYGUN don't want you to feel shafted.  So, if there's a quality issue now or down the road, just contact us and we'll see what we can do.
